• Team Meetings: Teams may begin meeting at any time.

• Virtual Preliminary Competition: April 14 - April 30, 2025

  • Each team will book a 50-minute time slot during this window.

• In-Person Championship Competition: July 21 - July 23, 2025

  • Location: AirVenture, Oshkosh, Wisconsin

• Monthly Virtual Meetings for Team Managers:

  • Held on the second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 PM ET

  • Sessions are recorded for those unable to attend.
